We are starting a Sun-Fri revival tomorrow. Tonight I went to the hospital to be with the pastors wife, Ms. Diana.  She & Pastor Mike were on a bike ride & she fell  & broke her tibia, fibia & ankle.  She got out of surgery around 5am & is projected to be in the hospital 2-4 days.  Please pray for her pain & discomfort & for a complete recovery.

My friend, Christal Whitman, sent me a picture of a button we had made in 1992 to my cell phone.  We were 17 years old here-Wow!  I met Christal at church camp in Indy at about 10 years old.  As we got older we went on a missions trip, traveled in a choir & then traveled in a  trio together-what an amazing alto voice!    In 1993 she was the maid of honor in my wedding.  I haven't seen her for years, but she is often in my thoughts & prayers!  Miss ya girl!!
Parents, in case you were wondering about church camp....send 'em!  F.Y.I. We will be at Hoosier Hills Family Camp again this year to preach, sing & get spiritually renewed as a family during the week of July 4th..  Want more info? Just ask!  Hope to see you there!

Thursday, May 29th      Indiana
Went to G'ma & G'pa's & helped them with some lawn work & garage stuff.  The girls are spending the night with them tonight.  They are looking forward to tea parties & being spoiled by the same people that spoiled (still do) me as a little girl.
While cutting down the grass in the ditch, we found a bunny.  Chris caught it & the girls thought that was the best thing ever!
Chris also planted tomato plants behind the mini-barn today.  He started that last year during cancer recovery.  He loves to work outside!  Last year he helped a pastor paint his house, mow his lawn & some other things.  He also helped my family & anyone else that would let him!  He said he will miss working like that this year, but is certainly glad he doesn't have the cancer, which kept him so tied down (his speech) last year. Don't forget to pray for Chris.  He is doing well, but I ask you ....Pray without ceasing....  Thanks!
Also, please pray for the Martin family.  Bro. Martin lost his mom in a terrible tragedy.  Thank you!

Chris' tomatoes -  yeah!

Wednesday, May 28th   Indiana
Tonight we visited a new church.  On Wednesdays they have a kids program & all the adults that attend are involved.  We were impressed by the Bible memorization they have the kids do & how well they did. The pastors wife is the daughter to a friend of ours in Arizona.  "Aunt Becky"...we finally met your oldest.  She is a sweetie...like you!

Tuesday, May 27th        Indiana
We are getting lots of work done around my parents house this week!
Tuesday highlight-  Since we are home & our schedule unexpectedly opened up, we were able to sub in on our church softball league.  Chris played a great game...it was fun to watch!  The ladies game was cancelled, due to the rain & not being able to find the plate at the pitchers mound or home...in the deep mud.  Bummer! BUT we were able to go to dinner with our P & the fam.  It was great to be with ya'll.  You are such a blessing & we love just being around ya!  Their daughter A & her husband R are in town from Wyoming, C is back from college & H is coaching the Ladies team.  Ms. V- You are an absolute doll & a joy to all who know you!  Love you!

Monday, May 26th        MEMORIAL DAY
Today our family went down to my family's land down in Carbon, Indiana.  We had a bonfire, fished, rode the "buggy", hiked, ate & laughed.  My cousin & his friends race bikes & they rode the hills most of the day.  It was a great time.  Uncle Chris & Aunt Barb have put a lot of work into the property & it looks fantastic.

Sunday, May 25th           HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME-  Born in Lebanon, Indiana
Many people ask me about the "weird" spelling of my name.  So, since 33 years ago today I was named I will tell ya all the details :-)  Helee- my mom's mom is named Helen Joan Cornwell (she goes by Joan- see pic below).  My dad's mom was named Lee Warren Tolliver.  They put it together and spelled it Helee.   My middle name should be entertaining to ya'll-  It is Romessa.  I was delivered by a Jewish Doctor named Robert Messanger.  My g'ma & mom worked for him & he delivered me for free.  LOL  So RO is for Robert and Messa is for Messanger.  I was given the nickname "Romo" by my Uncle Chris as a little girl.  Although, only one of my closest friends calls me that now....  I know you are all thrilled to know the details of my name!  LOL  My daddy named me & was a very creative man.  For those of you wanting to name your child something original & spell it "weird"- GO FOR IT!  I have always met lots of people b/c of my name & it's spelling.  Okay....enough about that...
Today we were able to be with one of our supporting churches.  It is always a blessing to be with these sweet people.
We love you Pastor Doug, Ms. Joetta, & Ms. Callie & church family!  Congrats on your wedding Justin-
Pray for the Clements family.  They buried Bro. Phil's dad this week & his wife, Ms. Nona, was taken by ambulance to the E.R. during Sunday School due to an allergic reaction to the funeral flowers.  She is doing much better & was released after receiving several treatments for her asthma attack.  Praise the Lord....

We safely arrived in Indiana.  It's so good to be home.  We will be spending a couple of days with family & doing some house repairs & home organization, now that we are near our storage unit & a garage.  Yeah!
We had lunch with my sweet grandparents!  It is so good to see your faces again....  Love you!

We should arrive in Indy Wednesday or Thursday (20th-21st)  YEAH!!!   Pray for our safety!
Last week we hit a semi-tire that shredded off in front of us...it did enough damage that we need to make some minor repairs...but the Lord kept us safe...continue to pray our safety & finances.  It cost $160 to fill the tank today!  Thank you Lord for ALWAYS meeting our needs!

Wednesday, May 14th- Tuesday May 20th        Kansas
Here are some pics of our trip to Chris' grandparents farm.  Grandma Elda Livengood is is one of my favorite people alive & we share many long talks when we are together.  What a doll! Pray for her...she is legally blind.
Grandpa Langdan Livengood (if we had a son, that would be his name) is a hard working farmer & very kind & loving to all of us.  We love you both so very much & it was so great to be with you!!  Thanks for everything!
The farm was owned many years ago by Grandma's grandparents, until G'pa & G'ma bought it from them.
We also had a great visit with Uncle Lee, Aunt Audra & 3 out of their 4  kids.  They live next door....

Today we took Michaela on a date.  Chris usually takes the girls by himself, but today I got to come along!  We also had to go pick up our mail & while were were waiting on the UPS truck to deliver our package, we had some coffee at Starbucks.  There, we were able to meet the Lieutenant Governor of New Mexico, Diane Denish.  The Governor is in Mexico today....so today she was the Acting Governor.  Ms. Denish was very pleasant & we were able to give her our information and a tract.
Never let a day pass without praying for the leaders of our great country & Revival in America!  Lord, heal our land!

Today we were blessed to spend more time with the Pastors family.  Another church blessed to have a pastor's wife with a sweet lady that has a servants heart.  Their son, Jeremy, graduates with his masters from Champion Baptist College in Arkansas this week!  Congrats!  Their other son, Mark,  is a student at Hyles-Anderson.  Praise the Lord for this family.  They love the Lord & have raised their kids to love the Lord.  They work hard in the ministry, yet they have a lot of fun together!  What a great example of a Godly family!

We took little Zoe to the vet today....
Here is a praise & prayer request that my friend, Racheal, shared with me.  Her best friend's husband, Danny, was in a car accident yesterday.  He is very cut up and has a broken pelvis & femur, but Praise the Lord He protected Danny's life.  His wife & seven children are thankful Danny is still with them!    Pray for a quick recovery & their finances....he owns his own business doing artistic tiling in Ohio.  Aren't we all thankful for the Lord's hand of protection when we need it!

We arrived safely to Rio Rancho, New Mexico(2:30am Arizona time).  Praise the Lord for his safety...if the drum hadn't broke when it did we might be missing off the cliff of the windy switchback road in the mountains that we were on for 30 some miles.  It's all good b/c the Lord is good- ALL the time!
After two cups of coffee & prayer we had high energy & were able to join Pastor Brent, Mrs. Jeanie & the friendly church folks here in Rio Rancho.  The services were great!  They are all really on fire for the Lord!  Thank you for your kindness & the vision you have!  What an awesome Spirit!
We rejoice with Ms. Alva....she accepted Christ as her personal Saviour today!  You will be in our prayers!

Another AWESOME service last night.  Chris was one of several preachers & we sure have been recharged :-)  Thank you Bro. Tim, Mrs. Lisa & church family- We love ya!
The services lasted until around 11pm & Chris wanted to get on the road to drive a few hours for our meeting on Sunday.  We ended up leaving around 1am...  Praise the Lord we did!  After filling up with gas, I heard a BAD noise, & I thought we had a flat on the house.  Come to find out our drum broke & we had to replace it & the brake assembly.  It was AMAZING  the way the Lord worked everything out!  Where we broke down was a safe place about 45 minutes from where we started.  The Pastor was in the town where we could get the parts we needed, & picked them up for us.  Also, some people from the church came to help! Thank you sooooo very much!  Pastor Tim said, if we wouldn't have caught it early like we did it most likely would have turned into a fire. Praise the Lord for his hand of protection!  Thank you for praying for our safety!!!
Chris got to bed around 5am, woke up at 9am, & we were back on the road by 3:30 this afternoon.  I am so thankful for a handy husband!  Thanks for making sure we are always taken care of!

This morning Chris gave his testimony concerning his cancer.  Hearing it in full detail like that reminded me once again of how much the Lord has brought us through.  I love you Chris & I am so glad you are still alive with me!  Thank you for being my best friend...
Chris wanted to see the Wonderland of Rocks, which is a National Monument.  We were only 40 minutes away...so....off we went.  It was another picturesque view-

What a great service tonight.  We are in Pierce, Arizona rejoicing with the folks about their new church building.  This church went from 5,000 square feet to over 20,000 square feet.  We are so thrilled for them!  Now they have enough room to comfortably accommodate their printing ministry & much more! The Lord has been so good & they were able to build this awesome building debt free.  Praise the Lord!  It is great to be back here! (reading continued below)

Pastor Tim                       Pastor Tim's mom (Ms. Victoria)
                                                                  with the girls

I feel compelled to share some of this story with you today.  Above is Pastor Tim.  Before Bro. Tim became pastor of this precious church his daddy, Bro. Clyde, was the pastor.  Fourteen years ago Bro. Clyde was murdered while trying to help someone who appeared to be broken down on the road.  This family has been through so much!  I have heard so many wonderful things about Pastor Clyde & he has surely left behind a Godly heritage in his family.
Since the moment I met Ms. Victoria she has been a blessing.  She is one of the Godliest woman I have met & is such an encouragement.  She shared with me tonight how she prayed for our family during Chris' cancer.  She is a joy to be around & an example to me on overcoming trials, dusting yourself off & going on to serve the Lord & encourage those around you.  She is a huge part of the church & is so loved & needed by her family & church family.  Thank you Ms. Victoria for loving our Saviour & being such a blessing to my life.  You are one of my hero's.
Pastor Tim & Ms. Lisa....Your family has truly touched our lives & we rejoice with you & all the great things that are going on in the ministry here.  You are in our thoughts & prayers.  We love you!
